Bug 2973616 warns the usage of 19548 which can have some dangerous side effects.
Hence the suggestion is to use 19549 by which we will lose the data from the corrupt blocks.

The above fix is introduced with Bug 2973616 in following versions 
8.1.7.5.0 (not to be released)
9.2.0.4.0
10.1.0.0.0

In 8.1.7.4, we have a one-off patch on Solaris (64 bits) that introduces this fix.
For other platforms you need to search in metalink for Bug 2973616.
