在9i中当index处于unable状态时sql会报错
在10g及其以上版本中当index处于 unable时候,oracle会选择不使用该index

--创建一个index模拟环境
SQL> create index chf.ind_t_xifenfei on chf.t_xifenfei(object_id);

Index created.

SQL> col owner for a5
SQL> select OWNER,INDEX_NAME,TABLE_NAME,status from dba_indexes where index_name='IND_T_XIFENFEI';
