Symptoms
Database upgraded to 11g.
Error reported are 

Ora-00600[kafspa:columnBuffer1] 
ORA-600[kdsgrp1]
ORA-600[25027] 
Or Wrong results

Blocks affected are present in ASSM tablespaces 


Dbverify reports following corruption
       

        Block Checking: DBA = 234910014, Block Type = KTB-managed data block
        data header at 0x3e67c005c
        kdbchk: tosp bad (-1)

 


Changes

Database upgraded to 11g.

Cause

Issue is related to Bug 8803762


Fixed :- 11.2.0.1,12

Version Affected :-11.1.0.6,11.1.0.7

Solution

Download and apply one off patch Patch 8803762

Installing this fix avoids the errors for the current affected blocks with no data loss.
