This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms
During a batch job, the following error can be recieved :

Fri Feb 29 06:05:30 2008
Errors in file e:\oracle\product\10.2.0\admin\gm\udump\gm1_ora_736.trc:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [12761], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

Causing the session to crash.

It's not identified what's the cause of the problem. However, it was seen before in :

BUG 3919116 - INTERMITTENT ORA-600 [KOPP2PIC798], ORA-600 [12761]


Solution
To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:

Run UTLRP.SQL script.
